For eight years Joel Crosby served on the Spokane City Council and numerous boards and commissions related to the City of Spokane. He retired from the City Council at the end of 1993. Among his accomplishments on the Council were the strengthening of Law Enforcement including the establishment of the Police Review Board and preserving the view of the Spokane River from the Spokane Downtown Library.
Joel is a graduate of the University of Washington earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and has a Masters Degree from Princeton Seminary.
